If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns Policy ensures that you have the right to return the product and receive a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
a. The product must be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.
b. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
c. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

b. Package the product securely, including all original packaging and any accessories.
c. Ship the product to our address:

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions to Refund
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 2. Additionally, the following situations are exempt from our refund policy:
a. Products damaged or used beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Products with missing parts or accessories.
Van Window Company offers a 14-day returns policy. If you happen to receive a faulty product, please email us at info@vanwindowcompany.com with your order number. We’ll do our utmost to resolve any issues as soon as possible. We’re here to help—but just like you, we enjoy our weekend surf trips and mountain biking adventures!
If you need to make a return, we’ll provide you with a returns number to write on the package. This helps us process your return in the most efficient way possible.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. If an item needs repackaging, a 15% restocking fee may be applied.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, the refund process will follow the steps outlined in this policy.
